Choosing the theme

The first step, once you are logged in to our admin platform with your credentials, is to head to the Academy tab using the side menu bar.

There you will find a list of themes covering every subject that might call for training (sales techniques, our collections, customer experience, history and values, savoir-faire, visual merchandising, digital and omnichannel tools, customer relations and loyalty, sustainability and CSR, and so on).

All you need to do is pick the one that matches the training module you want to create.

Creating a training module

Once inside the selected theme, you will be invited to create your first training module. Which raises a first question: what exactly is a training "module" in Aydee?

Within our platform, a training module serves two main purposes. The first is to digitize and centralize your training materials on an online platform built for that purpose. The second is to make learning easier through an interactive quiz drawn from the document in question.

Back to our platform. Once your first module is created, you will land on the editing interface, where you can change the module's title, add a description and an image, and above all: generate your first quiz.

Importing a lesson in PDF format

To generate your first quiz, two options are available: build your questionnaire from scratch, or generate a quiz with AI from your training material. For our example, let's go with the second option.

Simply drag and drop your PDF document into the designated area. Make sure your document follows the stated instructions, choose the number of questions you want, then launch the AI generation of your first quiz.

Generating questions with AI

Congratulations, you have done your part. Now it is time to let our artificial intelligence get to work and generate a relevant list of questions about your training document.

On that note, it is worth mentioning that our artificial intelligence has received very special attention in our product development. First, we fed it a large number of documents on the codes of luxury, premium, and the fashion world in general, giving it a solid knowledge base so it fully understands the environment it operates in.

Second, we ran a crucial test-and-learn phase on a large number of documents to improve the relevance of the questions it generates.

However, while we firmly believe in AI's power to save your trainer managers time, we are fully aware that some questions may not suit you. That is why, once the AI has finished its work, we give you the ability to edit the questionnaire however you see fit.

Editing and reviewing the questionnaire

Here we are at the final step before your quiz goes live: reviewing the questions. You will land on an interface that lets you:

• Edit the wording of the questions
• Edit the wording of the answers
• Choose which answer or answers are correct
• Add or remove answer options
• Add an image to illustrate the question
• Add or remove questions

Once the review step is complete, one last step awaits before publishing. You will need to give your quiz a name and set the associated reward.

Publishing the quiz

As you can see, your training material is now displayed on your interface, and you can choose to hide it so it does not appear in the app if you prefer. With that last detail handled, you are all set. The module's information is complete (name, description, image) and your quiz has been generated successfully.

Only one thing left to do: publish it.

Two options are available: publish it immediately by pressing the blue button, or simply save it to keep it on the platform and publish it later.
